The difference between fresh and dried herbs is still underrated

Dried oregano is earthy and almost medicinal. Fresh oregano is bright and grassy. These are not interchangeable. Stop treating them as the same ingredient in different states. The spice knowledge section of this platform pushed me to understand this difference.
